Breakfast At Evelyns

Good food, a bit of retail therapy and good company is my little formula for happiness. A proper relaxed morning was 100% what I needed recently. Having spent more and more time in Manchester lately I'm discovering some health food gems. There is such a good coffee/ chill out/ brunch scene in the city, I'm slowly working my way around trying some amazing places. Evelyns for breakfast was in order on this particular occasion, it's so nice to try somewhere new.

First things first; the interiors. Lots of greenery, hanging plants, chandeliers, exposed brick and white washed wood. A little urban sanctuary. It's beautifully bright and the high ceilings give the small eatery a really spacious feel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, which I always feel really can make or break an experience.

An Americano and the Coconut Chia Pot with Mango, Pineapple and Pomegranate was what I went for after umming and ahhing for a prolonged period. - I couldn't fault it, it was absolutely delicious. Super pretty and super yummy. I will however, absolutely be back to try the buttermilk pancakes and avo on sourdough, ASAP!

For the quality, freshness and atmosphere prices were very reasonable. Just £4.50 for the Chia Pot, £3 for the granola, orange blossom honey and yoghurt and £2.50 for my Americano.

Located on Tib Street in Manchesters' Northern Quarter, it's really accessible and easy to get to and is open 9am - 11pm. The trendy menu, strong coffee and amazing service make it a really special little cafe.

Where are your favourite breakfast spots?

Lots Of Love
